ABOUT
In the Fall of 2021, Malik Hadjit, Katie Anderson, Sebastian Kash, and Yamini Hosanagar, decided to perform Christmas carols as a string quartet. Playing in person was quite a different experience than learning an instrument virtually. As part of Northville, MI Hillside Middle School, soon they were given the chance to perform in our school concerts. The quartet title is derived from their names, M(Malik)uS(Sebastian)Y(Yamini)KA(Katie)
AWARDS
Michigan State Band and Orchestra Association Solo and Ensemble Festival,
Division 1 Rating for 2022, 2023, and 2024.
We are proceeding to the Michigan State Level of MSBOA Solo and Ensemble Festival!
